Then, switch to Game Mode for fun phrases and songs, including the Alphabet Song, a color song, a counting song and a song that teaches body parts. In Game Mode, kids can also enjoy six additional songs that encourage interaction: Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, Oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone, Pat-a-Cake, This Little Piggy, This Old Man and Bingo. 2Keep looking  Nov 20, 2009
Although this toy is cute in appearance, it has many drawbacks. We actually received 2 for our daughter last Christmas. One never worked properly. The one we kept is ultra sensitive as another review states. If you barely touch any part, it will switch songs or features mid-song. Even our daughter looks at us as if to ask what's wrong with the toy. It also seems possessed as the toy goes off on its own often even when shut off. In the middle of the night it can be heard saying "blue ear". This is one of those toys as a parent that you wish were never in your house. The concept is great, but find another toy that has less glitches.

4Creepy toy  Nov 06, 2009
My daughter got this toy for her first birthday. She's only played with it a few times because it doesn't keep her attention. The sensors in the paws are sooo sensitive that she would be playing with it while it was singing to her and then she'd bump a paw and it would start doing something else. Too many abrupt changes would leave her unsatisfied with the toy. I say this toy is creepy because it goes off in the middle of the night and has scared me to death. Waking up to hearing "PEEKABOO, I see you!" is not fun. It goes off all the time when no one is touching it. I've had to turn it off and keep it off. If you want to get this toy for a kid whose parents you'd like to scare, then I highly suggest it.

5Great gift for a baby  Nov 04, 2009
My now 19mo old nephew loves his birthday gift dog. He doesnt yet know how to say the body parts but he seems to enjoy playing with it. It's been around for 6 mo and it looks to be durable. It looks so cute it makes you smile. For this simple fact,I recommend you buy this.

1Sensitive Buttons  Oct 19, 2009
The buttons (press points) on these buttons are far too sensitive and as a consequence none of the songs/interactions have a chance to complete before the button is touched again. Not to mention that the toy goes off practically on its own when you put it away or just lay it down.
It could be a lot better.

5Great toy; lots of fun for your infant and toddler  Oct 05, 2009
My son is obsessed with this toy. Many people have posted great reviews. My only beef with this toy is it is too easy to turn off or on (swith on one of the paws). That leads to some temporary frustration for a 7 month old. Otherwise, it's great. The price makes this a great shower or gift for a coworker's child.

The recipient of this will not be disappointed.
